Community Day Health Fair – Eskenazi Health Center Grassy Creek

Join us at Eskenazi Health Center Grassy Creek for a FREE community day health fair event hosted by the health center teams at Eskenazi Health Center Grande, Eskenazi Health Center Grassy Creek and Eskenazi Health Center Pedigo.

Activities include:

• Free blood pressure checks
• Free information on health services
• Sports physicals (10 a.m. – 1 p.m.) for 10 – 18 year olds, insurance card and photo ID required. A financial counselor will be available on-site to meet with those without insurance to determine eligibility.
