You may have heard about recent developments impacting child care. These changes are already affecting child care programs and families. For our upcoming session, we’re bringing together child care professionals and community partners together across multiple counties to create concrete action steps that support child care programs and strengthen our community. Together, we will identify immediate and long-term solutions that help programs navigate these changes and ensure families continue to access high-quality care in Hendricks County.
Join the Hendricks County Child Care Task Force on Wednesday, December 1, 2025 from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m for an important evening of learning, listening, and collaboration. During this meeting, we’ll work together to:
- Build on the brainstorming from our initial meeting by bringing together child care professionals to identify, refine, and prioritize actionable next steps.
- Prioritize short-term and long term solutions that child care professionals, partners, and the community can implement to strengthen child care in Hendricks County.
- Engage in collaborative problem solving through guided discussions and shared planning.
