Coping with Conflict in Afterschool

What a world it would be if the children in our school age programs could explain their upsets to each other, come up with reasonable resolutions, and follow through with changes in their behavior! This workshop will help identify common causes of conflict in your program and offer appropriate strategies and tips to help diffuse them when they occur. Successful conflict resolution is a life skill which benefits our children well into their adult lives. This workshop is especially designed for those working with children ages 5-12, in before-school, after-school, summer, and/or school break settings.
