Friday, December 1, 2017 @ 11:15 pm - Saturday, December 2, 2017 @ 1:30 am

  • « Safe Sleeping Practices and Reducing the Risk of SIDS in Child Care
  • Intentional Observations and Effective Lesson Planning »

A full day of child care can be stressful and difficult to manage for some young children. A cozy corner or a “be by myself” space can be set aside in the classroom for a child to use when he or she feels overwhelmed, upset, or tense. In this workshop, professionals will understand the purpose of promoting positive interactions and guidance techniques and strategies. Professionals will understand how personal and social development is impacted by the environment you have created in your classroom.
