Día de Los Niños at Be My Neighbor Day with Reach Out and Read IN
Saturday, April 30, 2022 @ 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
You and your little ones are invited to celebrate Día de los Niños at Be My Neighbor Day on April 30th at Indianapolis Central Library.
From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., children can meet Daniel Tiger and Katerina Kittycat, hear stories read aloud in English and Spanish, write and send letters to neighbors near and far, and receive free books!
Musical performances, art stations and community resources will round out the day.
Guests are encouraged to bring new lip balm to donate to children in local hospitals.
A special sensory-friendly experience is offered from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.
