Foundations – Physical Health and Growth

Early childhood is the time for a child to develop an active and healthy lifestyle. We will review each individual foundation that is found within this content area. Referencing your daily schedule and activities, we will give examples of when the indicators are observed. Finally, we will write an activity you have planned in your learning environment, using this document to identify the foundation which is being met.
