Future of Hendricks County Workforce Summit

Hendricks County Economic Development Partnership (HCEDP), WorkOne, Central Indiana Regional Transportation Authority (CIRTA), MIBOR Realtor Association, and other contributors are teaming up with Hendricks College Network (HCN) and Child Care Answers to host Future of Hendricks County Workforce Summit.
Your voice in this discussion is important and we would like to personally invite you to join us.
The summit will be a working session where we not only discuss child care, housing, and transportation, but we strive to reach viable solutions to the barriers. Employers and community members alike need immediate and long term answers to workforce challenges and this summit promises to be a part of the solution.
Thanks to our Hendricks County chambers, Duke Energy and the Hendricks County Community Foundation, our region has been able to participate in the recent Public Policy Series. This series has covered topics like housing, workforce and education, and on August 3 early childhood education and child care.
With these sessions laying a solid foundation, we would like to continue the conversation and provide a space for actionable goals to be solidified.
By addressing barriers, more individuals in our community will have the opportunity to pursue their desired career, make a living wage and increase their quality of life all while employers will have more access to qualified employees boosting our local economy.
