Indoor Pop Up Playground

Saturday, February 22, 2020 @ 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm

  • « Parent Education Series at the JCC: Brain Development & Play
  • Help Sessions for I-LEAD and those opening a child care business »

What can boxes, fabric, spools, and tubes become? They can become anything with a child’s imagination! Pop Up Play Indy is rolling into Eagle Creek Park and they are bringing everything we need for an up-cycled, re-purposed playground of fun!. You just have to provide the imagination!

This program will take place indoors in the Exhibit Hall of the Nature Discovery Center.

We look forward to seeing what children create in this loose parts afternoon of unstructured play! As part of our Free Nature Discovery Classes, this program is free with park admission. There is no need to register, but adults must supervise their children. This is not a drop off program.

Pop Up Play Mission Statement:
Pop up Play Indy promotes and offers child directed play experiences to neighborhoods, schools and communities to improve children’s mental, physical and emotional health. We also want to start a play movement in the Indianapolis area enlisting community partners to organize around the importance of play in the lives of children and families.
