Recruiting and Retaining Talented Staff in Child Care Programs This session will focus on related to recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new employees in child care programs. Participants will be able to understand best practices related to recruiting and hiring quality staff in child care programs. Participants will also gain understanding of the framework for building an effective orientation plan for new employees, as well as be familiar with the components and importance of a staff handbook.
