Using Behavioral Strategies to Decrease Challenging Behaviors

Blake Markley from Autism Learning Partners will discuss challenging behaviors. Parents will learn how to assess the function of a behavior – what is my child trying to communicate to me? We will go over proactive strategies such as choice making and priming. We will also talk about reactive strategies and how to respond when your child is engaging in a challenging behavior.
